I think you will be easily pretty fluent at the end of all that time. As for me, I in spring of 07 and loved the skiing all winter. I had a year of french under my belt and barely could have a basic conversation, but I didn't hang out with a lot of the English speakers while I was there and I dated a french guy who didn't speak English while I was there ---- highly recommended for learning motivation!!!! lol BUt truly, the most learning I did was by hanging out with people who didn't speak English and embarassing myself a lot. =) Keep me posted... I would love to hear how you do!
